Maria Rasmussen offers tennis weeks where you receive specific and individual coaching, so that you come back from your active holiday as a better all-round tennis player.
Training:
The participants will work on individual goals depending on level and ambitions. This can range from learning how to hit a topspin forehand to learning a kick serve. No goal is too big or too small, as long as it is realistic.
With her great passion for the sport, Maria delivers high quality tennis instruction and video analysis. Each theme is presented in a mix of theory, exercises and games against other participants.
To participate in tennis week you must be an accomplished tennis player and master the basic strokes; forehand, backhand, volley and serve (similar to the Club La Santa "red" "level) because you do some exercises with the other participants. Max. 8 participants (min. 4).

Maria Rasmussen Besides being trained as a tennis coach, Maria Rasmussen is an ex-professional tennis player who has played more than 21 Danish championships.
She has represented the Danish national team for more than 10 years.
Maria has been running the tennis weeks at Club La Santa for several years. Maria places great emphasis on aesthetic, mental and basic techniques of tennis.
She works with the details and the different facets of the game in an understandable way. Maria coaches with a holistic approach based on individual physical capabilities, age and other factors that can be a limiting factor.
